Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Blown Away Photo Booth! We are committed to providing an exceptional experience for every event. Please review our booking policies below. Securing Your Event Date A non-refundable retainer of 25% is required to reserve any of our photo booth rentals, including: 📸 Bright Light Selfie Booth 📸 Colorful Fun Selfie Booth 📸 Cloud 9 Selfie Booth 🎥 The Alley Cat Overhead 360 🎥 Whirlwind 360 Video Booth ✨ Mirror Mirror Interactive Mirror Booth 🎙️ Audio Guest Book Rentals 🏆 Trading Card Experiences Your event date is not considered reserved until the retainer and signed agreement have been received. Remaining Balance The remaining balance is due 2 days prior to the event date. For bookings made within 2 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking. Accepted Payment Methods We accept: ✔ Credit & Debit Cards ✔ Zelle ✔ Cash App ✔ Venmo ✔ Cash Retainer & Cancellation Policy All retainers are non-refundable. If you must cancel your event, your retainer may be applied toward a future event date within six (6) months of the original event date, subject to availability. Date transfers must be requested in writing. Travel Policy Travel within a 50-mile radius of Hopkinsville, Kentucky is included at no additional charge. Events outside the 50-mile service area may be subject to a travel fee. Venue Requirements Client is responsible for ensuring: ✔ Adequate setup space for the selected booth ✔ Access to a standard electrical outlet within reasonable distance of setup area ✔ Safe and level setup location ✔ Indoor or weather-protected outdoor location Blown Away Photo Booth reserves the right to discontinue service if weather, venue conditions, or safety concerns place equipment or staff at risk. Setup & Breakdown Setup and breakdown are included with all rentals. Our team typically arrives 30–90 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to ensure everything is ready before guests arrive. Overtime Additional booth time may be added before or during the event, subject to availability. Overtime rates: 📸 Selfie Booths: $150 per additional hour 🎥 Alley Cat Overhead 360: $200 per additional hour 🎥 Whirlwind 360: $200 per additional hour ✨ Mirror Mirror: $200 per additional hour Digital Galleries Event galleries will be delivered to the event host within 24 hours following the event whenever possible.
